About Appleby Retreats

Appleby Retreats is owned and directly managed by Cody Appleby, host of two short-term rentals in very different parts of the country: Swampy Elegance Retreat in DeLand, Florida, and Mountain Retreat in Elk Park, North Carolina.

Both homes are independently run, but built to the same standard — real photography, honest descriptions, and no surprises about what you're booking. This site exists to make it easy to compare the two and find the one that fits your trip, with a direct line to book once availability is live here.
