Do I need a specific vehicle to get there in winter?

Yes — 4-wheel drive is required from late fall through spring. The driveway sits on an incline off a maintained county road and can be difficult to exit in winter; tire chains are recommended.

Is the whole house available to guests?

This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, but one bedroom is locked for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. Both bathrooms are available for guest use.

Will the owner be on the property during my stay?

No — this is a private, unhosted stay. The owner is not on-site.
